Ode to propranolol

I decided I should do a painting to show how I feel about my hands – I have an essential tremor, that is only helped by beta blockers (propranolol) or alcohol! Not very practical but more fun.
Anyway, I find that painting also helps – I am rubbish at straight lines, but I go into a sort of meditative state and my hands relax a bit.
So this is a small painting that took a long time, but was quite therapeutic
